Level of Support Provided

We have a team of 150 skilled engineers nationwide; our booking team would contact you to arrange an installation at a time and place convenient to you. Once installed the Chameleon Asset Track vehicle tracking system comes with a lifetime warranty, any problems that you may experience we will initially diagnose remotely and if required one of our engineers will attend to rectify any issues. This is a free of charge service, unless the fault is deemed to be that of driver abuse or tampering by an unauthorised person. We can offer you technical support during normal working hours, Monday to Friday and also your own account manager who will arrange training of the vehicle tracking system and handle any queries that you may have subsequently. • Installation fees

Installation of the units is free of charge and always carried out by one of our skilled engineers at a time and place convenient to you or your driver.

• Monthly subscription fees

Monthly subscription fees are payable by direct debit, there is no fixed term contract, so if a vehicle is off the road for a period of time, a simple phone call or email request instructing us to decommission the unit will be carried out and the direct debit suspended. When you wish to recommission the unit, again a simple phone call or email request is sufficient; there is no administrative charge for this service.

• Annual software license fees

There are no annual license fees, once installed the only fee is that of the monthly direct debit.

• Separate mobile carrier fees for GPRS data transfer

There are no extra fees to transfer GPRS data this is all inclusive of the monthly direct debit fee, so allowing you frequent access to your vehicles and to run off reports as often as you require.

• Polling Fees (when you want to discover where a vehicle is right now)

It is possible to poll your vehicles as often as is necessary without incurring any extra fees.

• Callout fees for repairs even if under warranty

The unit comes without a lifetime warranty, there is no call out fee unless there is evidence of driver abuse or unauthorized tampering, then standard call out charges will be applied.

Product Demonstration and Testing

Our Account Managers are pleased to come out and give you an onsite demonstration, however, where more convenient, we can carry out an on line demonstration over the telephone.

With either option we are sufficiently confident to leave with you, after a detailed demonstration, the username and password to our portal for you to refer to and compare with other vehicle tracking systems.

On request, we will consider a month’s trial within your company, we will install the unit, we will cover the cost of the airtime and if at the end of the trial you choose not to keep the unit we will only charge you the cost of the installation and deinstalltion of the unit.
