Tracker Retrieve
Description of Tracker Retrieve
The stolen vehicle recovery systems work like an electronic homing device. A covert transmitter is fitted discretely in one of several places around your vehicle with no visible aerial or other identifying feature so the thief can't see it and won't know it's there.
TRACKER stolen vehicle recovery systems have a Thatcham Category Q listing. This means they meet the highest standards set out by Thatcham, the industry's official body for approving security products.
Even if your vehicle is taken to France or Spain, or actually stolen whilst you are in either of these countries, TRACKER can still locate your vehicle.
How TRACKER Retrieve Works
Stage 1:
Vehicle owner contacts Tracker HQ and the police to inform that their vehicle has been stolen.
Stage 2:
Tracker HQ then activates the hidden unit fitted in the stolen vehicle thus emitting a silent land based radio signal.
Stage 3:
With the silent signal now activated this can be picked up by any of the UK's 52 police forces that are within the vicinity of the stolen vehicle. This signal will be able to direct the police to the exact location of the stolen vehicle.
Stage 4:
On customer request a uniformed guard waits with your vehicle until it is recovered to a destination of your choice. This can be anywhere in mainland Britain and this service applies only to stolen vehicles located within mainland Great Britain.
